"I was asking for "Loss of Use" cash payout under my rental coverage. Since a rental vehicle was not provided, which is 100% within my rights to do. You chose to be rude.
Unhelpful and rude. Pay premiums for years and get nothing in return. As you can see below. Taking credit for another person's 2 hours on the phone and being rude in his actual comments that the world can see. Oh I can cancel your rental coverage that I have paid for for YEARS. Ya how is that helpful at all?

"I apologize Joanna that claims was unable to assist you in getting a rental car and spending 2 hours with you calling all the locations in the area and all them were out of stock. Not sure how we can help when a company is out of their product. You mentioned you found your own rental and when we asked with who your response was "none ya" and when we explained we are just trying to help you get reimbursed for that rental you just stared at us. If we can be of service please reach out. "
