"I should’ve knew from the beginning when she said he name is laya it was gonna be great( I’ve never met a bad spirited laya). It feels good to have warm spirited ppl handle something of the sorts. She got my insurance down almost $200 & I’m grateful for that . She was very knowledgeable of her job and she took the time to see what would work and what wouldn’t . Once again thank you girl & hopefully you get that day off ."

"After receiving a quote and planning to call again on a Saturday when I bought a new vehicle, I was stood up and had to buy insurance online instead. The online quote brought the rate up higher than what I was going to sign with the agent.
After talking to numerous people who said they didn't understand how my quote got messed up and that it should have been the original one I received, the agent who stood me up argued with me and wouldn't honor what they sent me.
I had to end the conversation with them because they were argumentative and unprofessional. I canceled my policy and have still not received any refund."
